HEALTH ASSESSMENT
You may not be ready to take the first steps towards enrolling in one of our programs. You can take advantage of some of the tests that we offer at IHL.
We offer convenient packages that you may wish to take advantage of. Yearly evaluation of your physical and mental health, in conjunction with regular visits to your primary care physician may also go a long way towards minimizing risk for disease and optimizing health.
The tests offered include:
- VO2 MAX TESTING
- RESTING METABOLIC RATE MEASUREMENT
- DEXA BONE AND BODY COMPOSITION SCAN
- NEUROCOGNITIVE ASSESSMENT
